By placing an order with Mickey’s Cake Concierge (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree and acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services. Please read carefully before confirming / submitting your  inquiry/order.

1. About Our Bakery

 

Mickey’s Cake Concierge operation adheres to relevant health and safety regulations for eligible products as applicable. All products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of Agriculture or Health and operates under Florida Cottage Law.

2. Custom Orders & Design

 

Each cake is custom-designed and inspired by your theme, colors, or vision — not exact copies of inspiration photos. Design details are finalized at our discretion to maintain structure and style. 

 

We recommend ordering several weeks in advance, as sourcing special ingredients or décor can take time and our calendar fills quickly.

3. Orders, Deposits & Payments

    •    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.

    •    The remaining balance is due 24 hours before pickup or 1 week before delivery/setup.

    •    Payments must clear before your order is released.

        •   All orders are subject to acceptance by Mickey’s Cake Concierge. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including, but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4. Cancellations & Changes

    •    The deposit is non-refundable once paid.

    •    Changes may be possible if requested early, but cannot be guaranteed.

    •    If we must cancel due to emergency, a credit or refund will be issued.

5. Pickup & Delivery

    •    Pickup is in Rockledge, Florida.

    •    Delivery/setup may be available for orders over $600, with an added fee.

    •    Once the cake leaves our hands, we’re not responsible for damage, handling, or storage issues.

6. Allergies & Ingredients

 

We are NOT responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities, as we operate in a home kitchen under Florida cottage law that may handle nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens.

7. Photos & Marketing

 

All content on our website, including, but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs is the sole property of Mickey’s Cake Concierge or it’s licensed contractors and is protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws you may not reproduce, distribute any content from our website without prior written consent. We may photograph completed cakes for marketing (website, social media, etc.) unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Liability

 

We are not liable for:

    •    Damage after pickup/delivery

    •    Allergic reactions

    •    Acts of nature, delay, or issues beyond our control

Mickey’s Cake Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damage arising out of or relating to your use or our services or products, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the applicable order. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order.
